Lolo Jones, winner of both the USA championships and World championships in the event of hurdles, was able to achieve her position with a lot struggle as well as a lot of patience. Jones experienced a tough childhood as she was raised by a single mom within a large household. The mother of Jones moved around constantly and lived for a time in the basement of the church. Jones was required to relocate into a new school each year up until her senior year due to this sporadic lifestyle. Jones, when she went to university, was recognized as one of best hurdlers. At the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championships in 2002, Jones took home the 100 meter hurdles. Additionally, she was an athlete that placed second in the 100-meter relay. Jones won both the indoor and outdoor hurdles event during the NCAA Championship in 2003. Jones completed her college education in 2005, started to put in the effort for track. The same year she also took home her first Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026, she was the winner of the Ostrava Track event and Heusden.

Brandt is a child of the Cape Town region. She grew up within Cape Town South Africa with her parents and siblings, immigrated into Auckland New Zealand when she was in her late teens. The local casting directors discovered her. Brandt was cast in the role as Naevia for the Starz smashes Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Her performance was a hit with audiences and producer Steven S. D Knight, Sam Raimi and Sam Raimi. Mazikeen appeared as the Vertigo/DC comics fans' favorite Mazikeen in Netflix's Lucifer that ran for six seasons. Forbes listed Lucifer the top-rated series in 2021. Brandt will next be seen with Andrew Lincoln in the limited Walking Dead 6 episode spin-off scheduled to air in 2024. Other Netflix projects include the animated adult comedy Captain Fall starring Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan, Chris Meloni. This will be aired in July 2023. Lesley-Ann Brandt was born 2nd December 1981, in Cape Town South Africa. She is an New Zealand actress with a great talents. Lesley Brandt moved with her entire New Zealand family to Auckland in the year 1999. The year 1999, in Auckland Brandt began her career as a Retailer, then got elevated to the position of IT Manager. Lesley began her modeling career after which she began appearing in commercials. In 2008 she completed her degree in acting and pursued further training in Meisner techniques of learning. The first big acting role for Lesley was on the New Zealand TV show Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt appeared in the New Zealand drama Shortland Street in the role of a guest supporting character. In the following season, she was in the sci-fi thriller This Is Not My Life, based on anecdotal Waimoana. Lesley Brandt starred in the show Spartacus: Blood and Sand in the role of Naevia, a hostage who later appeared in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
